Solo started his show career by wining the CVVC Sweepstakes in June of 2003, he went on to win BOW at the Conestoga Vizsla Club Specialty and BOW at the Vizsla Club of Greater NY Specialty for two five point majors. Every show he was entered in he went BOW.  We started showing in June of 2003 and he finished in September of the same year.  He finished his Junior Hunter title with 4 straight passes and earned puppy and derby placement in field trials.  In 2006 he earned back to back Judges Award of Merits at the CVVC and VCGNY Specialties in February. In 2009 Solo won BOS from the Veterans Class at VCGNY Specialty. He was show handled expertly by Fred Hachtel.

Solo is producing good-looking birdy puppies in his litters.  He is at stud to approved bitches.  As one of the judges described him his he is a perfect example of “Form Follows Function”.
